Discover creativity, culture and community around every corner.

The Market Harborough Public Art Trail is a free, family-friendly walking route that celebrates our town’s art, heritage and outdoor spaces. Whether you’re local to Harborough, visiting with children, or simply love walking and exploring, the trail offers a wonderful way to experience public art in this south Leicestershire town.

Enjoy a self-guided journey through murals, sculptures and installations that tell the stories of our community. Each stop reveals something new about Market Harborough’s creativity, from local artists to community collaborations.

We’re proud to launch this growing project with the support of Harborough District Council, the Clean Up, Colour Up team, and many local community groups and funders.

As new artworks appear around town, we’ll keep adding them to the trail — so check back often to discover the latest installations and events.

The Art Trail also links with Harborough Artists Cluster Art Windows and the Harbs Collective indie shop network, featuring pop-up seasonal trails, educational activities, and creative events for all ages.

So whether you’re looking for a fun family day out, a local walking route, or an educational way to explore Market Harborough, let the trail guide you through parks, streets and hidden corners where art brings our town to life.

Start anywhere, walk at your own pace, and let art lead the way.
