According to mental health charity Mind, young people have a higher mental health need than ever before. Feeling stressed and anxious can affect physical health as well as impacting on school and social life. While we will always advocate for making sure young people seek medical advice or support from their education setting, Luna and Claire have designed this workshop to give teens additional tools to cope with some of the symptoms of stress - especially at this time of year when young people are taking exams or looking to transition to the next stage of education. This will be a maximum group of 8 young people. No previous meditation or art experience or skill is necessary. Sibling discount is available please contact to discuss.
